- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have specific rates for our valued customers who are able to refer us any business to other people that may need pressure washing services. We offer low rates for contractors and realtors. We are into creating an experience for our customers while we build long lasting relationships together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come to the property to see a number of things before we are able to send an official quote. Once we come to the property, we will look for general access, water access, and staging and cleaning areas. Once we send a quote to the customer electronically, the customer has the option to approve or deny. Once we agree on a price we begin to schedule. After each cleaning we send a report of the work that has been completed along with any photos because documentation is extremely important to us and it allows us an opportunity to follow up with the customer once we have completed the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We invest thousands of dollars on our education and training. We hire certified kitchen exhaust cleaning technicians who are required to be at each cleaning. They are well aware of the fire code, the cleaning process and safety issues that can be easily avoided.
