Since Richard did an excellent job replacing several supports under the house, we had him remove our textured ceiling and finish it with a beautiful a smooth finish. He also installed Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout the house with no transition from room to room. Richard is easy to work with and he tries his best to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend him.

I was extremely lucky to find Cheng Builders. I live in an older T&G home and wanted a face lift. They listened to my wants and needs, suggested a little more detail that I wouldn’t have known. Continuous flooring throughout. New kitchen and bathroom cabinets and granite. This contractor is extremely professional from start to finish. From the estimate, formal contract and great craftsmanship. Here’s an inside tip. They can find great deals on cabinets and granite
