I posted my request, Miguel responded within 5 minutes. He was at my home in Hauula within the hour. He came from Kalihi and I live in Hauula. He explained what he was doing the whole. Had the repairs completed in half an hour. I could sense his experience and expertise. I would call him again for plumbing services!

I chose Miguel from grounded plumbing for a really large bathroom remodel project. The project included moving a tub drain about 20 inches and installing a new large tub/ shower with all new plumbing. prior to talking to Miguel, I had contacted 8 different plumbers, about half of which were larger companies. many weren't willing to do the work because they said it was too much manual labor. others priced the job far outside my budget. Miguel didn't treat me like a nuisance when I asked him for a quote. He was polite and responsive. I was doing all the carpentry work myself. The other plumbers were very condescending about that, but Miguel treated me like a fellow professional throughout the project.
I felt that the plumbing work done was top notch, including both the drain and the waterline. The tub was a bit harder to install ( which was partly a manufacturer issue), so we did quite hit the level of perfection I was aiming for with the mortar set. That said, it is still perfectly fine, and no one but my picky self would even notice the issue.
The price was so much better than the competitors, that I cannot complain about the minor struggles with setting the tub. Absolutely got the job done on time and on budget, which is just incredible! Thanks Miguel!

I was in need of plumbing repairs in my condominium unit. I decided to transform my bathtub into a walk-in shower. I found Miguel of Simply Grounded Plumbing/Sewer and Drain Services, who promptly responded to my inquiry.

Miguel visited my condominium unit, provided me with his assessment and estimate, which was reasonable. I subsequently hired him to undertake the task. He was punctual and communicated each step of the process as he progressed. We encountered a minor setback with the upstairs unit’s bathroom leaking, but Miguel remained patient and understanding. He demonstrated care by inquiring about the progress of the neighbor’s plumbing work. Once their situation was resolved, Miguel tested to ensure there were no leaks from the neighbor’s toilet and tub. He then returned to complete the job.

I am highly satisfied and grateful that I encountered Miguel through Thumbtacks. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
