Mr. Briones was very accommodating in setting an appointment. When he arrived, he assessed our issues and devised a plan of work that he shared with us in detail. When he completed the repair, he did extensive testing to ensure that there were no leaks. He then took the time to ask if there were other drain issues needing attention. There were and we will be engaging him to help us. His charges were more than fair - a bit on the low side. We feel very confident in using him for future repairs and recommending him to home owners needing drain work. He has a wonderful respectful manner and conducts himself professionally.

Miguel has great work quality and is a man of his word. The nightmare situation in the homeownership is that you thought you had one plumbing issue, and you opened up the drywall there are 10. This is exactly what happened to me - I hired Miguel for a minor plumbing issue (at least that’s what I thought at the beginning), but it turns out to be many issues in the house. Miguel gave me a deeply discounted rate for the rest of the work since he felt he needs to address these first (replacing the water lines, drain line etc) in order to do what I asked him at the beginning. At the end, everything is done professionally and at a very reasonable cost.

Aloha to Miguel! Miguel came to our rescue and provided outstanding service. For quite some time, we had been hearing water running from our toilets, as well as what sounded like water flowing behind one of our walls. Miguel quickly identified the issue and immediately knew how to fix it. He went out to get replacement flappers for all three of our toilets, returned promptly, and installed them efficiently. He made sure I understood what was causing the problem and confirmed that everything was functioning properly before he left. Best of all, the “waterfall” sound behind the wall completely disappeared once the repairs were completed. Miguel also took the time to inspect our water shutoff valves and informed us that they are no longer in good condition. He explained which replacement parts would be more reliable and recommended scheduling a future installation to address them.
