Introduction: I specialize in good, old-fashioned sandbox rules, strong values, and hard work. I work in all facets of handyman criteria -- painting, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work, i.e., installing ceiling fans, light switches, motion security lighting, etc.
I also do carpet cleaning and yard work. All work/service performed is always negotiable but still must be agreeable between both parties.
