This company is 100% wanting to do a good job and make sure the customer is satisfied. In fact, they went above and beyond to do a wonderful job! My cleaning needs were not completely straightforward, but Surech listening and took notes to ensure that everything got done. There was a great deal of communication between us, which I know is not usual (and time consuming for Surech), but she was committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Surech never made me feel like I was asking too much, she was positive and reassured me that all would be taken care of. From the initial response on Thumbtack to my request--they were lightning fast--to the last text message and contact about the job completed, they were thorough, responsive, and professional. The move out cleaning had some unusual features and they not only rolled with it, but helped me through the challenges of being in another state and everything not exactly in a move-out cleaning condition. They helped me gather the last items (which were quite a few) to be moved into one place and then did a fantastic job cleaning everything from top to bottom. I absolutely recommend them and will be hiring them again in the future. If you like things done right, this is the company to hire for your cleaning needs! Over exceeded my expectations! They did a deep dive into a lot of projects I needed done around the house! From deep cleaning, organizing my pantry, wiping inside of cabinets, cleaning out my fridge, laundry, washing walls and baseboards, cleaning my garage, and even changing my sheets! They do it all and with a great attitude! I couldn’t t have asked for better! They have a new client for life!

I needed a studio apartment deep cleaned within a day. Surech replied quickly, and she and Tony did a great job (jalousie windows too!), on time, for a reasonable price. I will hire them again.

They are amazing!!! They were on time, have great attention to detail and did a great job all around. We have 3 large dogs and they really focused on getting rid of the hair. We set up bi-weekly service.
