- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on average for the island. We will provide the best rate and offer discounts for those who book for the first time with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple process, Introducing myself and the company. Sharing a little about what we do and how we do it. Assist customers with a new booking either online or over the phone. Also offering a discount code or discount rate for new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience. At the moment for a customer service training certificate. We also have me who is an Insurance Licensed agent who interacts with clients every day. Fundamental is the same. Customers/Clients do come first. Getting them the best deal and quality of our work is critical.
