My expectations for a quality “Move Out” cleaning was very high, knowing the amount of work required to prepare this rental unit that my daughter would soon be moving into. The unit was approximately 1000 square feet. After reading many reviews on Thumbtack, I narrowed my selection to VIP Cleaning for the task. VIP’s Kristina assessed the rental unit in person and provided me with a very reasonable price quote to do the job. Kristina assured me, expressing confidence that she and her crew could handle the job and that I could trust in their work abilities to meet or exceed my already high standards. I did not hesitate to hire VIP Cleaning. Kristina and crew were very punctual and well equipped on the scheduled day for the cleaning. I observed this crew was very hard working. They paid meticulous attention to detail, and it was evident no shortcuts were taken. I commend VIP for their exceptional work ethic, cleanliness, thoroughness, and effective communication skills. VIP guaranteed that after completion I would be satisfied with the outcome of a very clean unit my daughter could move into. At the end, I was more than satisfied. Their cleaning service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend VIP for any cleaning service needed.
