Eric has been my personal trainer for over 15 years. He by far is the most accomplished personal trainer in Hawaii. I was a professional golfer and his core exercises we did 10-15 years ago are the very ones all athletes are using now. No matter what sport you are in Eric can create the BEST work out routine for you and give you the BEST nutritional advise there is!!!!

Eric is a fantastic trainer. He targets your problem areas and does so in a pleasant, jovial manner. He is so easy to talk with that you don't even notice an hour has gone by. I routinely get compliments on how fit I look after having 3 kids and I owe that to Eric!
