After a bad experience with my 1st management agent, I ended up managing my own rental for 40+ years. So I was cautious hiring a new one. After over 1 year with CENPAC we are very pleased with their work. A little miscommunication at first but CENPAC staff (Gavin and Lynn) have proven to me that I have made the right choice!

    Pricing is not given until we meet with each and every prospective client or the very least spoken to on the phone. We want to be able to find out just what each client needs and provide the appropriate pricing for those needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We strive our very best to meet every owner or person inquiring about our services at the beginning. After meeting with customers to discuss their needs, we provide them with a quote on how much we can do the job for. Once they decide to work with us, we work to get a signed off management agreement and work out the finer details with customers.
