With almost 40 years in real estate sales & almost 30 years of property management experience, we bring a hands-on approach to managing single units, apartment buildings, & multi-family rentals. Our services range from managing tenants' in/out day-to-day business to paying all bills related to the property, including mortgage, GET, professional photos, virtual walkthroughs, etc. We also handle repairs with our in-house maintenance team, manage & oversee remodeling & renovations, handle evictions, & even mediate tenant disputes when necessary. Within the scope of managing apartment buildings, we create house rules, arrange for grounds keeping, building maintenance, & cleaning services, arrange the parking spaces, rules & regulations & towing services, issue parking permits, & much more. In addition, we do thorough tenant screenings & credit checks. **UPDATE: We now offer tenant acquisition services. What does that entail? Well we will photograph, market, and show the property on your behalf. Once prospective tenants apply, will will fully screen until a suitable tenant is found. Finally, we will create and sign the lease and collect the deposit on your behalf. Once those three steps are complete, we will pass over the management of the property to you for you to manage. Our commission for that service is one full months rent.
