- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a pricing system, my rate is on a sliding scale dependent on the scope of work. I generally stay within budget and imagine providing the best work with what I have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning, we should always discuss or meet up before any big project to establish relationship, trust, and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the IT, marketing and multimedia industry for some time now. No formal education in photography, just self knowledge.
