- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, scope of the project and services needed. I offer photography, drone, video, 360 tours and floor plans individually or as packages. I provide clear pricing before the shoot so there are no surprises. Custom pricing is available for multiple properties, commercial projects and ongoing clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the property, the intended use of the images and any specific shots or features that are important to you. Once we confirm the scope, I schedule the shoot, photograph the property and professionally edit the final images. Most real estate photography is delivered within 24 hours, with larger photo and video projects typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of professional photography experience and extensive experience photographing real estate, architecture, commercial properties and aerial imagery. I am also an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, allowing me to provide professional aerial photography and video legally and safely.
