Ive always worked out and been athletic but had a period of life happens and hadnt done any sort of training for years. Saw a review of Kawika on a fb page and the way she talked about him, I thought, Ill try it. When I reached out it was extra helpful that everything was so easy. He is a great mix of personable and professional. I was still scared for my first session but it quickly dissolved as Kawika is calm, friendly, and creates an atmosphere of assertive aloha. After training with him for almost 6 months now, he is responsive, flexible and really cares about physical as well as mental health. He often engages with his clients with a question of the day which then also makes the physical side of training fun too. Last and not least, beware the deck of cards Youll have to give him a chance and train with him to find out how you never knew what fun a playing card deck could be I highly recommend Kawika and HSC!"See more
