- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates provided. Discounts for repeat customers and referrals. I try to be fair with my pricing but I may not always be the cheapest. I will take the time to explain what costs are involved with the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to what the customer needs and explain what the project will involve before we begin. Coordinating the work to meet a customer's schedule is important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training was Hands-On in the construction industry in a wide variety of trades alongside skilled professionals. I was later responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls and specialized in completing project punchlist items which required and eye for detail while maintaining code compliance especially on millitary projects.
