If I could choose all possible attributes, I would! Jean was so amazingly diligent, detail-oriented, pleasant, and thorough. I cannot stop staring at my baseboards because they haven't been this clean in years! He was so easy to communicate with, paid attention to my requests, and is an overall outstanding gentleman.
