What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! We offer a coupon for 10 vents and 1 main line for 69.95! If you have more than 10 vents and 1 main it is a additional 10$ per vent and 50 per main box!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gladly do a walk-through of the whole system and answer any questions he/her might have! We will show the home owners/family memebers the before and after pictures of their system and explain what we got out and if their feeling ambitious we can show them what we got out!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around my family doing this since i was a kid! We are licensed, insured, and bonded for mold remediation, Hvac and construction! We have been to OSHA for drainage problems and safety courses! We treat every coustmers house the same and respect the homeowners and their family memebers as they were our own.
