- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do by the job estimates not by the hour! I don't charge trip fees or rescheduling fees! I also offer a refer a friend program! If you have a routine clean schedule and refer a friend to me on their 3rd clean you will get a generous discount off your regular cleaning price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a 1st time in price and then a regular schedule price thereafter on your original estimate
