- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would say pet urine is hard to price over the phone. We almost need to see it and do a black light analysis in person to give you an exact quote. Unless you only have a couple spots, then we can usually be pretty accurate with pricing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for the most dynamic carpet cleaning you have ever seen, call us, we have landlords and realtors all the time who say they have used everyone else around and they have never seen anything like what we are doing here at American Dream. We have customers all the time that are debating replacement and we bring their carpet back to life.
