Brent did an outstanding job on my laptop
my 15 year old dell laptop wouldn't get WiFi.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs (such as virus removal) can be estimated on a hourly basis or a flat rate. Other jobs such as D/C jacks and screen replacement can vary based upon manufacture and model of each individual laptop. These will be estimated once complete details of the hardware is known.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since IT is my primary occupation I am always in-tune to current trends and developments that are happening in the IT field. In my downtime i tend to read technology blogs, articles, and work in my own test environment.
