Art removed a virus that we had on our computer. His timeliness in completing this problem was more than satisfactory. He even added an Anti-Virus software at no extra charge. I would recommend Art to anyone for their computer repairs.

Art helped me figure out why my computer kept crashing. He was incredibly thorough and made sure that he made the correct diagnosis before ordering parts which thus saved me money. He also listened carefully to my needs and made my computer run smoother and quicker than it did when I first purchased it. Art responded with in 10 min. We discussed my computer and then agreed on a time for pick up. I can't tell you how helpful it was for him to do this. I was running around prepping for school and seriously needed my computer. He was very professional and when he discovered it was not a virus he set up an appointment to come to my place and sat with me while we cleaned things out of the computer. He wanted to make sure nothing important was deleted. It was great. I learned more about my computer we updated it cleaned it the whole nine yards. It's about 5 years old and now it's running like new. Definitely will be using his services again and recommend others to as well.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It's hard to respond to a question like this without tooting one's own horn. Obviously I want your business. My "advice" to someone looking to hire a computer technician, or anyone in the service field is look for trustworthiness in whoever you hire. Experience is important, but there are many "experienced" people out there that are only in it for the money and could careless about the customer. Selling you products, and/or services you don't need and cutting corners on the parts and supplies they give you is not in the best interest of the customer. Look for someone you feel you can trust to watch your kids. They will care for your needs without gouging your wallet.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish consumers were more aware of the importance of preventive maintenance, and wise web browsing procedures. Many problems arise with people who will carelessly download software form untrustworthy sites. This will most likely result in downloading, and installing a virus that will harm, and possibly destroy their computer.
