- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't follow industry pricing. I know my costs, and what I need to make in profit to make my business successful. If I'm lower, it's because I have fewer overhead costs to pay for to do business. I charge honest rates to make it affordable for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will contact a new client, and set up a chance to see and clear up the details of the project. Once everything is known, a solid working agreement is settled upon. Frequency and billing cycles are established and clarified, then we get to work, so the client can move on to other aspects of their life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+years of direct, on the job training and experience, has led me to where I am. I don't cut corners, so my projects are always done right, the first time.
