- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My high standards are what my reputation is based on. I invest myself in your home as if it were my own. I do the best that I can every time. That's what you're paying for and you deserve nothing less. I charge by the hour so that you're paying for what I can get done in that amount of time, not by the number of rooms a house has. Every home is different; One house may take an hour to do the kitchen and another house may need a DEEP clean that could take much longer depending on the condition and what needs to be done. If everyone pays the same amount for the same room neither of us wins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that they make a list of what they are specifically needing done, prioritize it and tell me how much time I have to get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Family that made sure I did things right! My grandmother was a HARD-WORKING woman and taught all her daughters and I the meaning of quality work.
