He contacted me immediately. He had some car and weather issues but certainly made up for it when he arrived. He was very thorough and neat about his work. He cleaned the pipes and located where the water dropped off from our lateral. He also figured out several options for solutions for us with a rough estimate. I was very impressed with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue. He is reliable and professional.
