When I contacted them I was elated he could come out the very next day - Labor Day. Overall communication could have been better. It was a 4 hour window from 10am to 2pm, but I got an email around 1pm from thumbtack saying, how was your experience? I thought i had somehow missed the appt so i called him, he didn't know why that happened, I asked him to contact me when he was on the way to the residence so I could meet him there. He just reiterated that he would be there BY 2pm. (Clearly we were past at 10am window). Then he did call 15 min later at 1:15pm ans he was already at my parents' home. He said he texted me 25 minutes earlier (I was on phone with him just 15 min ago)! I showed him my phone I never received a text. That was a little frustrating. Overall nice guy. Just needs better communication.
