I called Connett to come check out my grandma’s Air Conditioner. We turned it on for the first time this season and it was making a loud noise. When I called Connett to schedule the appointment, the girls in the office were reassuring, and very helpful with answering all of my questions. We put right on the schedule to have a technician come out.
The technician that came out was Juan and he was fantastic! He replaced the noisy part, and explained everything to us! My Grandma’s AC is now ready for the hot Iowa Summer! Great job Connett!
