- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$600 for 12 weeks of online personal training (or $210 per month).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My 1:1 online personal training includes: *30 minute Discovery Session: Before you commit to fitness coaching, you need to know if the trainer fits your needs, shares similar philosophies, can motivate you, and fosters trust. If after our session, we discover that I am not the best coach for you, well wish each other well, no money exchanged. These Discovery Sessions are take place via Skype. *Client Guide: This guide provides you with everything you need to know about my training philosophy, including worksheets and journal prompts that expand our time together beyond just workouts. With the guide, we will integrate your entire you mind, body, and soul into a truly holistic program. *60 minute Intention Finding and Goal Setting Session: At the beginning of your program, well spend an intense hour together, via Skype, where I get to know you and discover everything thats holding you back from where you want to be. Well dig deep to find your intentions and build goals that support your values and desires. *Weekly 15 minute Skype chats: Im going to check in with you once a week for at least 3 months to help keep you on track, answer your questions, and just find out how you are doing. *2 Progress Tracking Sessions: Around week 6, we will meet via Skype to reflect on the progress you have made, comparing your progress and your personalize program against your intentions and goals. Well make any necessary changes before moving on to the last half of the program. At the end of our 3 months, we will meet again, via Skype, to repeat this process and help you determine what your next steps will be. *3 monthly fitness plans tailored to your life and your goals: Your fitness plan will be delivered to you one week after our first One-on-One and updated each month. The plan will include up to four workouts per week, designed to help you meet your goals. If something comes up, like getting the flu or a surprise trip, well make adjustments as needed. *Support from me via email
