- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price on a sq footage basis and then customize your pricing to fit your families cleaning needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers and go over the expected services and details. It also gives us a chance to meet pets, ect. We also like to know if anyone has allergies, ect. We always have the same person or persons in your home. You never have to wonder who is in your home from cleaning to cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AAS in Business Administration and a BS in Business Administration. I also have a Diploma in Sales and Marketing. I worked for cleaning companies in my late teens and early 20's. Both residential and commercial.
