They started well - communication about the service was set two days in advance. We set a date, location, and time. On the day, they delayed the service by a half hour, which was fine. However, at the scheduled time they texted me and stated that they could not do the service since they were "hours" away. I had used the previous days to prepare for the pickup (people had to take off work, had to clean, and get all extraneous items away from the piano so as to not get in the way), yet the movers did not seem to respect the preparations that went into this service. I'm very disappointed in the service!
