This owner accepted a deposit from me with a scheduled start time of 10 am. At 9 am the morning of, he texted me stating he could not complete the service agreed upon and needed to change the date of service. This did not work for me and I scheduled the move with another company. He then refused to refund my deposit and I had to file a dispute with PayPal. Absolutely terrible and ridiculous experience. I want my $225 back!!
