- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. Every tree is different. Some are simple. Some are not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them with a great attitude. Educate them on what should be done and what we can do to solve their problem. Never accept payment until the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4th generation company. Many employees have been cutting trees since 14 years old. Certified applicators. Pesticides etc.
