Mark was a "hired gun" to help me shoot interviews at a conference, when my cameraman broke his shoulder. I was really worried about working with someone unknown, but Mark was all Pro and a total delight personally. He handled himself calmly in a very difficult shooting scenario. He had to construct a camera "set" in the middle of the noisy public area and handle both camera and sound. -- grabbing interviews in mere moments. Qn the fly he had to reconstruct the set and re-light in another location. I had forgotten to bring a hard drive to transport the footage. So it was left to Mark to deal with. Again he went the distance in post-production, as well. Mark's an easy guy to work with and he's reliable. I'd hire him again in an instant.

Several years ago, my company contracted with Mark to produce HD corporate-branded videos for The Register's Top Workplaces in Iowa program. Video shooting, production and editing fell into this contract. On site shoots with business leaders were handled tactfully while Mark offered coaching and a sense of humor to the shoot. Good overall quality and partnership.

I'm a Producer/Director, and I hired Mark to work with me on a television series as a videographer. We produced the show out of Iowa, Kansas and Illinois. Mark traveled with us and filmed content for several episodes of the series. I found Mark to be a very creative and hard-working person...two great traits in a cameraperson. This was a fast paced show, and he was able to cover everything we needed in a hectic environment. He's also a very personable and easy-going personality, and a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend Mark for any video production.
