- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally send out crews of 3 for $150/hr Monday - Friday, On Saturdays it goes up to 180/hr, although if it requires more or less guys we can accommodate. If you are needing a truck, we charge a flat $150 fee as we do not charge for mileage or gas usage! If you are not needing a truck, we charge a flat, one time $50 van fee as we do not charge for mileage or gas usage! There is also usually a small $25-50 materials fee to wrap, tape, and protect all of your cargo when it is being packed. (Truck fee may very depending on total distance of round trips over a 100 miles) We are a non-profit and all of the proceeds from your move go to help pay for more students to attend our life changing academy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request for a quote we will contact you as soon as possible by phone to ask questions prior to giving you the quote over the phone. If we feel it may require an on site visit to give you an accurate quote, we will let you know and schedule a free visit & quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in moving Pianos, Safes , Pool tables, and all household and commercial items.
