- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that the first visit is usually the most intensive. The Policy: Because we are setting a new “Luz Standard” for the home, the first cleaning is priced as a Deep Clean. This allows us to remove the “hidden” dust and buildup that regular maintenance doesn’t cover. The Benefit: This ensures that all future cleanings are faster and more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always recommend starting a new client with a Deep Clean. Why: It brings the home up to the “Luz” standard. It’s much easier to maintain a clean home than to try to “catch up” using a standard maintenance cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My must powerful training is the self-directed study I began after my son was born. This is often more thorough than standard corporate training because is is driven by safety. -Green Chemistry: I have educated myself on the pH levels of natural ingredients (like vinagre, baking soda, and citric acid) to understand how they react with different surfaces (marble, hardwood, title) - Aromatherapy & Essential Oils: I’ve trained myself On which oils have antibacterial/anti-fungal properties and which are safe for use around children and pets.
