Hello! This is my secondary Thumbtack Profile as I am based in Iowa City until July of 2023! Then I will be moving to Milwaukee. Derrick came in and saved the day - literally! I was in a tight situation where my originally booked wedding photographer cancelled on me less than two weeks before my wedding. Not only did Derrick jump in with ease at such a short notice, he also did a phenomenal job that exceeded my requests and expectations. Derrick's calm and positive presence made coordinating different locations and all the many iterations of couple/family/wedding party photos run smoothly and efficiently. His finished product is high-quality without looking over-edited. Could not recommend more!

Look no further for your event photographer! This past December, I was stressed about hiring a photographer for our company’s holiday party. My CEO wanted someone who can take very high quality, candid and staged, photos for the night. Literally, Derrick delivered on EVERYTHING! The photos were beyond AMAZING!! I also contacted him on a very short notice, and he was able to accommodate my last minute requests! Extremely professional and so timely in his responses and communication. Loved working with him, and the photos were delivered to us not long after our event. He truly exceeded my expectations in every way. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Highly recommend, I have nothing negative to say, and will surely use again!
