- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are bid based on the estimated amount of labor needed to complete them. Since all holes are different in size and amount of prep work needed, we are unable to provide generic pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has reached out to us, we typically schedule a time for a free quote that occurs within 24 hours. From there, we usually complete the work in 24-72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees undergo training from The Patch Boys corporate office as part of our franchisee agreement.
