- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Contact the store sales team. Step 2. Store completes a free measure at no cost to see what materials are needed to complete your scope of work. ( if request mobile showroom you can also pick style of floor you want as your measure is being completed) Step 3. Within 24 hours of your measure, The store will contact you to schedule a time to have you come and select a product from our store showroom if not chosen yet. Step 4. Pay for your flooring and or install, Schedule a time for your scope of work to start and be completed. Step 5. !ENJOY!
