- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the job but it is my goal to make you come away feeling like you got a good value for your product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After talking by phone or email to make sure I’m able to provide what my customers need, I like to meet them in person if possible on the day of the job to confirm wants and needs for an end result that meets or exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate through the Federal Aviation Administration.
