- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a basic pricing system, but because we offer other services we have the flexibility to change them to get you a better bundle price. An example would be that you can use just our DJ services but we also offer photo booth, photography and table and chair linens. So we can adjust prices to save you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process would be to meet with the customer in person to see if we are the right person for their needs. This also gives us the opportunity to meet face to face and make it more personable.
