- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing varies: 30 minute sessions for beginner/intermediate 45 minute session for intermediate/advanced I provide package pricing for buying 10-15-20 session packages! lifestyle coaching is really dependent upon remote or in person! If you want to incorporate in person session these may be more expensive if traveling is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. phone consult, set up meeting 2. meet and do initial assessment and evaluation 3. determine length of time and sign you up 4. begin working together one on one; per the plan I have made!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have background in the military. I have taught group fitness; boot camp style and LES MILLS BODY PUMP. I have managed a gym, and built small group trainings for a more affordable and fun way to incorporate training into a tight budget and to go along with my personal one on one session. I am re-certifying in NASM. Lifestyle coaching: I am in ministry and leadership training with my local church and learn much about spiritual and mental wellness from here!
