What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment for estimate. Estimates normally done on site or within 48 hours. Next contact me to set a time to complete work estimated. I only accept pre-payment via cash, money order credit card or pay pal with first time customers. Repeat customers are allowed to pay net 30.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Born and raised on a farm near Walthill NE. Put up 160 acres of hay, oats, straw etc. 22 years as an adult living on a large acreage managing horse pastures.
