I hired Jay and Sead to do some painting and flooring work in my house. They did an EXCELLENT job with everything I asked them to do and more. Always on time, quality work and great pricing! What more could you ask for? We hired Jay and his team to paint our interior house trim from a dark wood stain to white (baseboards, window frames, everything!) along with several full rooms and some exterior trim as well. After assessing 4 bids on this large project, J & S was by far the best value! The team came every day at the expected time and worked well into the evening every day. Even after we agreed upon the price and scope of the project, we noticed other little things that needed to be done and Jay was more than willing to help us with resources (if he couldn't do it) or reasonable adjustments to the bid to complete the work. We hired them as painters but they ended up doing much more! They repaired plaster work on our ceiling which we had already paid a guy to do but he couldn't match the texture. After J&S did it, you couldn't even tell there was a problem. They painted our interior exterior doors. They painted the gables high up on our roof and although Jay had to bring in a lift so they could access the room safely, he never budged on the agreed to price. We hired them to install a backsplash in our kitchen. Jay helped us find economically priced granite countertops that saved us thousands of dollars. The whole time, Jay and his brother Saed were always cheerful and very pleasant to work with. The were punctual, worked very hard, were extremely accommodating, and did it all for a very reasonable price. High quality and great value is what I got from J&S Painting. I'd definitely hire them again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jay and have already recommend my friends to him. He is reliable, hardworking and very friendly. He patched and textured about 20 holes in my basement where there had previously been outlets. The patch job is flawless and my husband and I could not tell where the outlets had been. In addition to patching and texturing he and his partner, Sead painted my very large basement. The paint job was amazing, the lines are crisp and clean. The job took two evenings and one whole day. My husband and I happened to be out of town for the weekend and came home to what felt like a whole new basement. Our final bill was exactly what he had estimated it be. When he finished the job he gave us his business card and I then saw that in addition to painting, drywall and texture he also does flooring and remodeling. Im will definitely hire Jay again and have already discussed having him paint kitchen cabinets.

Jay and his guys provided refinishing of our hardwood floors and trim work for our house we recently purchased. The floor is red oak and they sanded it down to its natural state and finished it with 3 coats of poly. The results were beautiful and we received many awesome comments regarding the floors thus far. I would recommend J&S to anyone. I would also encourage anyone who uses J&S to talk with them thoroughly regarding your project before you start. There were some points during the project where both contractor and client were on a different page however these issues were rectified. Bottomline: great work, customer service-oriented, friendly and fairly priced.

I hired Jay and team for painting and back splash tile installation. They arrived on time, were very diligent about doing a great job, and cleaned up pretty well after the work was done. They are also very reasonably priced and maintain high professional work. I am very happy with their work and I would strongly recommend Jay for painting and back splash tile installation.
