WCS has done a lot of work for me over the years and he has always been timely, professional and does quality work. Whether is has been a big job like an entire basement or just to repair a window, I have always been satisfied with the work.

Matt came for 10 minutes and gave a verbal estimate. We had to call and leave several messages and put messages on Thumbtack to get a firm start date/time. He sent 2 men to do the job. Our patio turned out very well but we were told that we would need to apply the locking top sand ourselves. The worker handed me the phone and Matt instructed me to put the money in an envelope and give it to the men. I asked him to mail us an invoice. We never saw Matt after the first meeting. He didn't inspect the job and the invoice arrived with only our address on the envelope. He had apparently forgotten our names.
