I started working with Jen after being out of work for a year due to our company sold. Having been with the company for 18 years; I was tired, burned out from healthcare and the Pandemic, and had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up. From our first conversation Jen was attuned to my struggles and was full of ideas and resources to help. Her understanding of personality and job fit as well as background in the Enneagram, ensured my gifts would clearly be a part of carving my next steps. Based on my timeline for needing to go back to work, Jen was able to work quickly to help me drill down and rediscover passions that I had pushed aside previously to simply be a good employee. She helped me see my core values and how they would manifest in my work life. And we did a deep dive into helping me not fall victim to company loyalty at the expense of my own creativity, my personal well-being, or my family. Once I was clear on what I needed to feel committed to a job again, it was easy to know how best to start the job search. Within just one month of working with Jen, I was already employed. Because we still had several months left to work together, Jen quickly shifted gears to coaching me in my new role. I completely started a new career path, and it was scary starting over. I found myself second guessing my ability and worth right out of the gate. Jen helped me identify ways I was already adding the pressure to perform and unrealistic expectations that were going to continue to trip me up if I didn’t shift my focus. Jen gave me many new tools that helped me through my anxiety. Even during this pandemic she has been very helpful and responsive. Jen guides you through making healthy habits that she specially makes for you with you. Jen Slagle may be a new life coach but she is well worth the money and feels like she has been doing this for years. Highly recommend!

I started working with Jen during the global pandemic. I knew there were things in my life I was unhappy with, but the pandemic magnified them tenfold. As a full-time working mom with school aged children, Jen helped validate that I really was doing too much and that was causing a lot of my unhappiness. She helped validate all the feelings I was having were typical for my situation. She gave me the tools I needed to make some tough decisions but also helped me realize I had way more strength to make those decision than I ever realized. I have been able to use those tools in my day-to-day life to help continue with my journey.

Jen is an amazing coach! When I started working with her, I knew I needed to make a change, but I was struggling to figure out my next steps. Through her thoughtful questioning and observations, I was able to identify things that I wanted to change and the direction I wanted to take in my career. I am wrapping up my first group coaching session with Jen Slagle Coaching and reflecting on the great experience. It was a enjoyable experience based in a comfortable relaxed and non threatening environment. The group of 6 or so women made it easy to keep the conversation going, along with the fact the group was supplemented by a weekly reading assignment. Jen is social media savvy and available for one-on-one time outside the main group,. She is down to earth and not afraid to laugh at herself and facilitates the group well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an initial discovery session for 45 minutes for FREE to qualified candidates. From there, we will build a customized approach for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I take some time to gain an awareness of the client's current situation and desires. Every plan is guided by them for them. I shift my tools and techniques to meet them where they are at and where they want to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 150+ hours of training through iPEC and am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). I also received my certification as a Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership (ELI) Index assessment.
