We went with Clear Choice for so many reasons; until we had to cancel the order but we could get our back door installed by November 2023. Didn't hear a peep until Feb 2024 with a threat they would put a lien on our house, if we didn't call them back. Apparently they called us 3 times with no response from us, however, it was once. I don't do well with threats.They told me everything was custom ordered. It's a brown backdoor - standard size. NOTHING custom about it. Absolutely horrible; didn't cancel our order as we asked although we were in our timeframe to have it cancelled and WILL make sure that anyone I know doesn't use them for windows and doors as it is shady business and they really don't take care of their customers AT ALL...

We are very disappointed to see this review. You signed a contract for a custom order patio door and front entry door with sidelites and half round top on 09/22/23. The doors were both measured 09/25. By law you have 3 business days to cancel the contract. We ordered the doors. The factory notified us that they needed a template for the arch in the front entry door. We were out 10-13 to make a template for the door. We communicated with you that the patio door was already produced and was due to ship by in the next week or two. The template was sent to our manufacturer. The patio door arrived to our warehouse 11/07. Sometime just before that you contacted your sales rep and said you didn't want the doors because of a personal matter. Luckily the arch top door hadn't gone into production yet as the were working with the template. We did allow you to cancel the entry door even though we were under no obligation too as per the contract. We understood your situation so we let you out of that door. The custom order patio door was already produced. We did reach out to set up the install and did not here back. We were in your neighborhood and saw the property was for sale. We did not want to be stuck with your special order door. Thank you for returning our call and allowing us to install the patio door.

Damn place didnt finish the job. Wanted me to pay before it was all finished. They then called and texted me non stop. From there they went to putting a lien on house. Still even after paying am still missing a screen. They refuse to send it to me still. Do not use this company. Only pleasantry was the installer. Oh and now after posting this review Im getting calls and a nasty text.******UPDATE******Almost a month later now and I still have a window missing a screen. Screen was never once put in as it came damaged. Little shy of 3 years now. Just pathetic all around.After posting the above today I get yet another text saying they want $500 before I get the screen that was busted and was never installed.

We are very sorry to see this review especially after working with you on your balance. The job was completed in 2022 and payment was due upon completion. We then waited patiently for payments of whatever you could get us, because were were unable to get you approved for financing. Your final payment was made in Feb of this of 2024. The only thing not done upon installation was the one damaged screen, which we held until we were paid in full It's here at the office and you can pick it up at anytime.
