What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The normal process is to check out the job and give a verbal estimate. For most jobs this seems to satisfy the customer and myself. They know what the cost is going to be and I know how much time and what materials the job will require.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have many regular customers, but I can also be found through thumbtack and through my website. Customers are always welcome to call, text or email me with their requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the construction industry and have had my own business since 2007.
