I have a flat fee that starts at $75 and goes up based on property.

I listen carefully to what their needs are. How they want it done and and with what, products equipment. I continue to follow up to make sure we are meeting their needs.

Years of cleaning my own home and hired by a school/church to clean for 3 years.
