- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding packages generally start at $600. These packages include setup and downtime for dinner. They also include a photo album and custom photo strip design. Photo booth rentals for parties and events are priced differently, because the overall time requirement is generally less, and photo albums are not always needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to learn about our customer's needs. If there is a theme or colors they would like to include, we be sure the photo design incorporates these elements. We also like to be sure to have props relevant to the celebration. So, we typically start by asking several questions to ensure we provide a great experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the graphics industry for more than 15 years and spent several years as a graphic designer. I have taken college coursework on photography and graphic design. Recently, I have been taking classes to earn my MBA.
