ARS did a great job helping repair our fridge which was difficult to diagnose. Once the repair was identified, I was clearly communicated with on the repair process, and price expectations. Ultimately, there was still an issue with the fridge and he came out timely and fixed the issue. He stands by his work and I appreciate that! I will be using ARS in the future. Thanks!
