Geff, performed an excellent full system installation on a 1973 Home that needed complete systems with ductwork. Home had ceiling radiant heat, now has an efficient gas furnace, and central A/C. Geff went above and beyond all my expectations in completing this install. Quality workmanship, professional, great value, and very personal. I would and will highly recommend Casper Heating and Cooling to anyone..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try and make my pricing affordable and honest
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually before the work is started I would request a deposit.
Then I will order equipment and materials, have any ducting built that way when I show up to the job I can have most or all of what I need so I don’t have to leave the job.
Once the job is done then the remaining balances would be due.
