I am a good cook, house cleaner, handyman, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, building and landscape maintenance, hauling and sprinkler installation repair man. I am also working on a prototype high-efficiency energy invention that I can prove will work for someone who understands math and thermodynamic science, or at least basic physics, which even PHDs seem to have a problem with. Otherwise, I need a job or an investor to complete the first prototype. I charge $25/hr for cleaning and $55/hr for skilled one-time jobs and negotiable for on-going jobs.
